Boot Camp Program
Boot Camp is a great program to build a solid foundation with your dog. The boot camp program is a six week on leash obedience course where you will drop your dog off for training in the morning once a week. Your dog will train with a trainer during the day. In the afternoon, you will come back for a 30 minute private lesson with your trainer and your dog to go over everything your dog learned during the day and your homework for the week. You will need to continue training at home and then by the next boot camp day, your dog will work on the next task with the trainer. In this course, your dog will work on loose leash walking, sit, place, down, socialization, manners, crate training, and proper interactions with humans and dogs. We offer multiple types and lengths of board and trains for basic on leash obedience, advanced off leash obedience, behavior modification, (aggression, reactivity, fearfulness, crate training, resource guarding, seperation anxiety, potty training, etc.), service dog training, detection K9 training, and more! Our base program is 2 weeks. During the consultation, the trainer will determine the length of the board and train based on the severity of the dog's behaviors. We will cater the program to your dog's needs.
Board and Train Program
We offer multiple types and lengths of board and trains for basic on leash obedience, advanced off leash obedience, behavior modification, (aggression, reactivity, fearfulness, crate training, resource guarding, seperation anxiety, potty training, etc.), service dog training, detection K9 training, and more! Our base program is 2 weeks. During the consultation, the trainer will determine the length of the board and train based on the severity of the dog's behaviors. In each of these courses, your dog will learn sit, down, heel, come, place, socialization, crate training, manners, impulse control, enviromental confidence, proper interactions with people and dogs, and anything else specific to your dog and your goals. After the board and train is your time to learn and continue the foundation of training that the board and train set. Each board and train comes with a go home lesson the day you pick up. After the go home lesson you will have three private follow up lessons that can be done at our facility, out in public, or in your home so that you can continue your success! Any 4 week board and train comes with an extra "midway" lesson at the halfway point of the board and train. There is no set schedule for the follow up lessons. We give you time to practice and move ahead when you feel comfortable. A board and train is a great option for when you are on vacation and need a place for your dog to stay.
Private Lessons
We offer multiple types of private lessons. We do in home lessons, in public lessons, lessons at our facility, and lessons catered to a specific goal with your dog. Lessons are typically 1 hour. Though, Trick training and AKC Scent Work are popular options for our 30 minute lessons. Private lessons are very customizable!
Classes
We offer multiple types of American Kennel Club Classes such as the Canine Good Citizen Class, the Canine Good Citizen Advanced Class and the Caninne Good Citizen Urban Class. We will post on our social media when the next class is runnning so check it out to reserve your spot!
If you're looking to take the test without the class for either your CGC, CGCA, CGCU, or Trick Dog Certificate, please reach out! We do offer testing even if you do not take a class.
